>- MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK: 21 years of age. Younger groups must have adult of minimum 21 years of age for booking unit and supervision during stay. - NO SMOKING IN UNIT: No smoking allowed. -NO GRAD GROUPS, stags/stagetts. - NO PETS. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property. - BIKES/SKIS/SNOWBOARDS not allowed in units; storage is provided in building. - CHECK-IN TIME: 04:00 PM, CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00AM - COMPLAINTS CONCERNING PROPERTY: report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property conditions after your departure. - EXCESSIVE CLEANING COSTS: Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs due to extraordinary cleaning above the typical Guest stay. Unit is expected to be left in a normal, lived in condition. - EXCESSIVE NOISE: Excessive noise affecting other guests will result in eviction without rental refund. - HOUSEKEEPING: Unit will be clean when you arrive, and will be cleaned after you depart. -LONG TERM STAYS: Unit will be left cleaned and in same condition as when rented, less any normal wear & tear. INTERNET AVAILABILITY: Free hi-speed wireless access for your laptop. - LIABILITY: We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort. - MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES: Emergency number provided. Some facilities may not be available at all times due to maintenance or repairs. -MAXIMUM SLEEPING CAPACITY: 6-person maximum. - MISSING ITEMS: Furniture, electronics, remote controls, etc. missing will be charged to renter. - NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Multiple complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction. -PARKING AND TICKETING: One free reserved underground parking provided for Marketplace Rentals.- PROPERTY DAMAGE: Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests of tenants. TERMS OF EVICTION: Tenant will be evicted for more than 2 complaints of excessive noise or any common and private property damage or disturbing the peace.<

>DEPOSIT OF 25% REQUIRED at time of booking, Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: On MARKETPLACE property, a damage deposit of $200 CDN ($500 on long term rentals) is due at time of payment of balance. Damage deposit will be refunded after departure upon inspection of no excessive cleaning or damage to unit. CANCELLATIONS made by guest result in non-refundable deposit. Balance of payment is refundable, less 6% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are funded only if we are able to replace your booking. DELAYED ARRIVALS are allowed, hotel is open 24 hours, room entry is via pass card. No refund if you miss any nights stay. DELIVERY OF INSTRUCTIONS and property access information will be emailed when balance of payment is paid. INELIGIBLE GUESTS: the owner reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to, guests who do not meet the policies published at time of booking, and past Guests known to have: intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses. LATE RESERVATION PAYMENTS: Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests may re-book dates if they are still available, Deposit will not be recharged. PRIVACY: The owner, their booking contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the name or personal information of the Owner or their booking contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. PROPERTY SALE: in case of property sold or unrentable, we will relocate you to a comparable property, or provide full refund at your option.<
